Vandy/Midtown Condo: Washer/ Dryer+ Free Parking

The washer and dryer worked very well. The bathroom was large and easily maneuverable for a physically handicapped person. It contained a nice large tub and shower combination. This wasn't really usable by a handicap person because of the very high step in. However, since my spouse was in the hospital most of the time, it didn't make any difference. There was an adequate number of wonderfully smelling towels. The small kitchen had a large refrigerator and stove. The only difficulty I encountered here is that there were not enough pans for cooking, no saltshaker and no zip lock baggies. So come prepared if you plan to cook. The living area was small (perfect for us), and very comfortable. Loved having 2 TVs in this apartment! In the large bedroom the bed sat very high and was a bit of a challenge to get on. But it was very comfortable. The apartment was an easy drive to the hospital which was about 10 minutes away. Overall, this location was quiet and I felt quite safe here.

Great property! Easy Uber/Lyft to anywhere you want to go. If you like to walk, there are many places you can go! Clean and comfortable!

Easy to find, easy to access and we felt safe here. Fairly quiet neighborhood. There are train tracks nearby that we could hear at night the first night but the next few nights we used a big box fan that we found in the closet and we couldn’t hear any road traffic or trains with it on. I will take that over the noise of Broadway at night. The apartment is clean, modern, and had everything we needed for our stay. This may be an odd pro to the place but we live in a place with very clean water so sometimes travelling can be hard on my hair but I was very pleased with how my hair felt after showering here. I would recommend this rental!
